Mark Yocca leads the firm’s business litigation department. An experienced business trial lawyer, Mark has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, including courts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New York, Nevada, Texas and Washington, D.C. Mark’s extensive experience also includes representing clients in matters pending before federal and state government agencies, including the California Department of Corporations, the United States Department of Labor, and the State Bar of California.

Paul Kim’s practice areas include employment law, intellectual property, real property, securities, products liability and public law. Paul is also active in the Korean American community and has served on the board of directors of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association.

Jared Glicksman’s practice areas include, among others, complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment law.
