Mark Yocca leads the firm’s business and employment litigation department. Mark has been recognized as one of the premier lawyers in California. Mark is an experienced business trial lawyer and has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, including courts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Texas and Washington D.C. Mark’s extensive experience also includes representing clients in matters pending before federal and state government agencies including the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the California Department of Corporations, and the State Bar of California.
Public corporations and large private companies have entrusted Mark with their legal representation. He has represented clients such as Microsemi Corporation, California Federal Bank, BE Aerospace, Inc., Avnet Microelectronics, PDI Management Services, Vision Capital Management, Pedus Services, Pinkerton’s, Tokai Bank, Kelly Services, and International Aluminum Corporation. Mark has represented clients involved in many different industries such as electronics, insurance, aerospace, computer hardware and software, equipment manufacture, security services and financial services.

Nitro Leisure Prods. LLC v. Acushnet Co., 341 F.3d 1356 (Fed. Cir. 2003) (Mark successfully represented Nitro in action against manufacturer of Titleist golf balls in antitrust/trademark/unfair competition case).
Hagberg v. California Federal Bank, FSB, 32 Cal. 4th 350 (2004) (Mark secured a defense judgment for the bank and helped establish Supreme Court precedent governing “official proceedings” immunity).
Stokes v. Microsemi Corporation, 2003 WL 22114276 (D. Az. 2003) (Mark secured summary judgment for his client in an employment discrimination/equal pay act matter).
Mark is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Federal Circuit and the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Northern Districts of California and the United States District Court in Colorado. He is a graduate of Loyola of Los Angeles Law School, where he was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society and the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, and where he received American Jurisprudence Awards in Trial Advocacy and Contracts. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he majored in Biology and served as an Officer in the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. When away from the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

and from Loyola Law School in 1988. Christine has been a Member of the
State Bar of California since December 1988. Christine’s trial experience
